Dedication of a Monument

After the passage of time following the death of a loved one, it is customary to erect a monument or headstone.  This deed of loving kindness is a final and appropriate honor for the deceased.  Rabbi Pearlman will conduct a beautiful service which fulfills the needs and feelings in your heart.

This custom is noticed in the Book of Genesis 35:20 "Jacob set up a pillar on (Rachael's) grave." So, too, does this custom exist to this day.  Truly a beautiful tribute.
